WILL I PAY CUSTOMS IF I ORDER FROM NORWAY?

In the past, customers in Norway have faced substantial customs fees when receiving orders. We are pleased to inform you that we have significantly reduced these costs. The current customs fee for orders shipped to Norway is now approximately 100-150 SEK, a considerable reduction from the previous 500+ SEK.

Why haven't I received a confirmations email?

Check the spam or spam tray, your confirmation email may be there.

If you do not find it, you can write to support@doncedelasense.com and we’ll locate it. If it’s necessary, we would change the purchase email and forward it. 

If you want to make sure that you receive our emails on future occasions, please add us to the desired mailing list and make sure that the e-mail you used for your purchase is the correct one.

What is our return policy?

Returns

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. This "cooling off" period starts 14 days after the day you received your goods (or concluded a contract for services), as per EU consumer rights.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, you must contact us via email beforehand; unannounced returns will not be accepted.

All returnable products must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after this period. Late returns will be held in our warehouse for 30 days until you pay an additional shipping fee for the return.

For customers outside the EU, we do not accept any returns, and all sales are final.

What if the item I receive is damaged or defective?

Our team puts in a tremendous effort to ensure our apparel is of superior quality and free from any imperfections. Yet, maintaining complete control over this can be challenging. Should you encounter an issue with a defective or damaged product, please submit your claim using this form and include photographic evidence.

Every product we offer is covered by a warranty against manufacturing flaws. Items exhibiting defects might need to undergo evaluation before a refund or exchange is granted. This process could require sending the item back to our Returns Facility for a thorough examination.

Can I exchange to a different size?

No, we don't offer exchanges. The easiest thing to do is to initiate a return using this form. And then buy the size that you want to change to.
