RETURN POLICY
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. This "cooling off" period starts 14 days after the day you received your goods (or concluded a contract for services), as per EU consumer rights.
To initiate a return, customers must log in to their account on our site.
Go to Account → Login → Orders → Return to submit your request. We will review and respond to your return request within 24–48 hours.
All returnable products must be sent back within 14 days of receipt.
Returns submitted after this period will not be accepted. Late returns will be held in our warehouse for 30 days until an additional shipping fee is paid for the return shipment.
Return Costs
- For customers within the EU: Returns are free.
- For customers outside the EU (e.g., Norway): You are responsible for the return shipping costs, including any toll or customs fees associated with the return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank, as there might be a delay in posting your refund. If you've done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@doncedelasense.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at using the form.
Shipping

For EU customers: Return shipping is free.
- It is not necessary to include stickers or similar small items in the return package.
