REFUND POLICY
Returns
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. This "cooling off" period starts 14 days after the day you received your goods (or concluded a contract for services), as per EU consumer rights.
To initiate a return, you must contact us via email beforehand; unannounced returns will not be accepted.
All returnable products must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after this period. Late returns will be held in our warehouse for 30 days until you pay an additional shipping fee for the return.

For customers outside the EU, we do not accept any returns, and all sales are final.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank, as there might be a delay in posting your refund. If you've done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@doncedelasense.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at support@doncedelasense.com and return the item to the address from which it was delivered.
Shipping
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. For orders over 750SEK, we recommend sending it back tracked and insured. It is not necessary to include stickers or similar small items in the return package.
