You can return your order within 14 days of delivery.
- EU customers: Returns are free.
- Non‑EU customers (e.g. Norway): Return shipping and any customs fees are your responsibility.
Refunds are issued after inspection and processed back to your original payment method.
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.

Customs & Duties
Orders outside the EU (except Norway) may incur customs fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office.

Customs fees are now approx. 100–150 SEK, significantly reduced from earlier rates
